• At Pilgrimway Lives, we pride ourselves in providing quality digital marketing services while growing the customer base. Our services ranges from Paid Ads Management, SEO, Web Design and Development, Video production, & Social Media Management. This goes hand-in-hand with advertising on our PilgrimWay Lives Testimony Ministry which is a global project. In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and enhance the quality of leads to our trusted partners.

In this role, you will take the lead in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and enhance the quality of leads to our trusted partners. 

• Lead the planning, creating, implementing, optimization, analysis and reporting of paid advertising/paid media campaigns.
• Manage strategic initiatives such as keyword expansions, restructures, testing, remarketing, SEO optimisation, social media management, Website optimisation, targeting and strategic bidding strategies.
• Create and optimize world-class ads.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Build relationships with other partners as well as collaborate on whole processes with other team members (you’re not working alone)

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 2+ years of experience managing $50K+ paid media accounts across several platforms 
• Experience working with tools like Google Analytics/GA, Google Ads/Adwords, SEMrush, and/or Google Data Studio
• Creative analytical thinker with testing experience  
• E-commerce experience is preferred, but not required

Must accept responsibility for learning and adhering to PilgrimWay Lives policies and procedures, be able to function independently and in a team setting with minimal direct supervision, and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff and clients.
