Our services provide you with the support and care you need after returning from the hospital. We can support you during your recovery process with transport to appointments, medication management, organize home medical visits, light housekeeping and more to keep you safe at home during your recovery period.

The price of our homecare depends on the client’s individual needs and the number of hours of care is been provided for depending on the created and agreed personalized care plan. We always recommend a minimum care visit of one hour to be able to provide good quality care.

There are no requirements to qualify for our personalized homecare after hospital services. We are able to take care of anyone needing help after being discharged from the hospital. 

Rehabilitation is the term used in health and social care as an alternative name for short-term, after hospital care at home. Rehab services include help with daily activities that someone recovering from a hospital stay may not be able to complete alone and regular physical exercises if required. 

Our home from hospital services can be short-term or long-term, depending on your needs. Long hospital stays can take their toll on physical and mental health. We believe that temporary care between hospital discharge and a return to normal independent life is way better than staying in hospital.
